<p>So just got Welch Hall as campus housing. Anyone else?? Could someone tell me a bit about a Welch Hall?? I hope it's not a party hall and all.</p>
<p>Welch, along with Birch and Roberts (BWR) are generally not considered big party halls. Still, odds are you will find some heavy drinkers on your floor. </p>
