Campus Visit

I enjoyed the admitted student tour with my h.s. senior last spring. Others may be interested to know that even if you are not specifically invited to an admitted students tour, you can still sign up for one. The optional tour, and Q&A session with the admissions director at the Business School was very informative.

We found the info session and tour very helpful for my admitted senior last winter. We spent the morning and early afternoon (it included lunch) doing the “official” thing. We spent the afternoon and evening exploring on our own. I thought the combo of official and personal time was ideal.

We were impressed on our visit that they fed us in one of the cafeterias on campus. When I was on my U of Minn visit and was talking to the admissions rep I asked if they fed us lunchand she laughed and said she didnt think the U had enough money to feed all of the visiting students, I got a laugh out of that :stuck_out_tongue: I told her that UW does so and she immediately said that they need to start doing that to match them, just another reason why UW is better haha
