campus

to any current BC students, what do you think of the campus? thanks.

I like it. Maybe you can be a bit specific with questions?

I lived on newton freshmen year, which originally seemed like it would suck, but it ended up being an amazing experience. I ended up knowing almost everyone on newton, and we had a fantastic dining hall.

I live in Walsh this year, and it’s only a 5 minute walk to class, which is a nice improvement over the buses from last year.

I will answer any questions, but a bit more specificity would be helpful.

I’m thinking of living on Newton next year because the “bonding” that I’ve heard so much about sounds wonderful. How long are the bus rides to main campus? Do you really feel super-isolated from everything?

is the campus…beautiful?

The campus is amazing. If you get to campus, go in Bapst and Gasson. The campus is definitely one of the prettiest you will see, especially in the spring.
kathleen21- Newton is great, you will not feel isolated at all. 800 freshmen live there and you’ll have your own dining hall. Bus rides can be about 5-7 minutes, it’s not bad at all.

The campus is absolutely beautiful. I believe there are a few pics up under BC’s profile when you click the “CampusVibe” button on the side. :)
