<p>ask your adviser. sometimes you can get approval to take classes outsides your school even if the class is for “majors only”.</p>

<p>yes I am a freshman, but I really want to take this class freshman year. Since writing the essay is only 1 semster I was wondering if i could take public speaking the next semster?</p>
<p>there ARE other MAP requirements. but if you want to take it, sure, go ahead. talk to your adviser.</p>
