Can a good ACT Reading make up for a bad SAT reading?

My scores are as follows:

SAT
M: 800
W: 740
CR: 620

ACT
M: 33
R: 35
E: 34
S: 33
C: 34

Reading has always been my strong suit for the ACT, but my weakness for the SAT. Should I send both scores, and hope they see some sort of cross-test superscoring, retake the SAT, or just send the ACT?

Well it depends on the university you are applying to, some of the universities will consider your SAT or your ACT, while others will consider both, great scores btw.
