Can a high SAT II score backfire?

I know this is a strange question, but please consider my situation and give me your advice.

A couple of schools where I’m considering applying require three SAT subject tests.

My scores so far are:

Math Level 2 – 770
World History – 730

I’m currently taking AP Physics and AP Chemistry, and I’m registered for those two Subject Tests this coming Saturday. I am scoring 750 to 800 on practice tests.

So I predict my SAT II scores will end up something like this:

Physics – 800
Math Level 2 – 770
Chemistry – 760
World History – 730

My concern is that an admissions clerk will summarize my file and the adcoms will only see my top three scores (math, chemistry, physics) and think I’m a textureless math/science geek. (I’m not.)

Am I better off skipping the Chemistry subject test to keep the World History score more visible?

Thanks

The committee will see all your scores. You can self-report six SAT Subject Test scores on the main page of the Common Application, and any others you have on an attachment. You get the benefit of your BEST scores, but you also get the benefit of taking more than the bare minimum required number of tests.

Don't overworry about these scores. They spend less than 1 minute to look at it. If you take these tests multiple times than that's definitely a sign of something not right.

More information is better than less in most cases.
