Can a non-community college student transfer to Cornell?

What if I transfer from either Howard/UConn/Pitt?

I changed my mind about community college did I make a right choice?

What GPA should I concentrate on getting after 2 years in order to get accepted?

Major - American Studies or Philosophy

Transfers from community college comprise 50% of incoming transfers and the other 50% come from 2 or 4 year schools.

If you plan on applying to the College of Arts and Science you need to be aiming for a 3.5+. Most of buddies who entered CAS as transfers had 3.7+.

^do they give city college students easier admission? (such as in the UC system)

^^In CAS, I would think not. I know CALS has transfer agreements with come community colleges and those students are admitted if they have a certain GPA (I think 3.3). But...that is the only arrangement I know of. All other applicants are viewed (nearly) equally.
