Can a teacher redo a recommendation letter

My teacher already submitted his/her teacher recommendation. We had to give him/her a brag sheet, and under activities I guess he/she read it wrong because I checked off wrestling, and right above it was volleyball. They must have thought I said volleyball because they wrote that "I was involved in volleyball" in the letter. Before I confront him/her about it

Is it possible to revise it if they have already submitted it?

and

Do you think that an error like that would look bad with a college reading it, if under my activities it says wrestling?

I am thinking maybe I could unassign them, and then redo the invitation, and then reassign through that new invitation, would that work?

That might work. My son had to un-invite then re-invite one of his recommenders due to some technical issues with Comm App. It was submitted properly the second time.

as longa s you use a different email it works
