Can a Work Study file Tax Return?

<p>I have income of $1,032.76 after tax from my work study in 2011
My question is can i file tax return with this income?</p>

<p>yes- it is still income- it just doesn’t count for financial aid.</p>

<p>Yes, you can file a tax return. If that is your only income, you are not required to file a return. However if federal and/or state taxes were deducted you should file in order to get a tax refund.</p>
