Can anybody explain to me what kind of stuff do we do in the EOP or SEEK?

<p>So, I was looking at colleges and I was wondering, can anybody explain to me what is the EOP for SUNY and the SEEK program for CUNY? Because, I'm so confused, and I heard if we get in, we have to go to this summer program. Please reply to me! Thank you!</p>
