<p>I can't find my PIN in my inbox (I don't remember if I did in fact receive it, but either way, it's not in there), and because of this, I can't activate my account to find my decision. Should I just order another one and wait the few days, or are they stashed somewhere? </p>

<p>When I try to put my e-mail into the "Forgot ID number" page, I get:</p>
<p>The email address [my address] is not currently active.</p>
<p>What should I do?</p>
<p>I am in the same bind as you guys. I don't know how to get my pin number for my Eli acct. If someone can enlighten me, I would be extremely grateful.</p>
