All those schools will get you where you want to go. Perhaps a slight edge to Indiana if your goal is investment banking and you get into their IB workshop. However, that’s a tiny sliver of the “business” world, with most recruiting done at the Ivy level anyway. For the millions of other jobs in finance, accounting, etc., all of those schools are just fine. Choose the best fit for you based on cost, location, vibe, etc.
With a 3.1 GPA and being OOS, ranking schools is relevant after you see where you get in.
Why not just look them up in a ranking that already has been published (by US News, Forbes, Bloomberg, etc.)? Google is your friend.
Indiana may give an advantage for Wall Street recruiting. Each of the others would give a more significant advantage for internships and job recruiting in their local markets. Otherwise, most of those schools probably are close enough in quality/status that the biggest difference in outcomes, by far, will be due to the student’s own talent, effort … and a little luck. So you can safely choose among them based on personal fit and net cost.
I would put all of the Big 10 schools and Texas A&M in one group, and the others a notch below. These schools will give you the same set of opportunities, and choice should be about fit and cost.
