Guidance Counselor Recommendation will be average for the guidance counselor is new and does not know me well. My teacher recs will be a little above average.

Your SATs and subject tests are both really below Stanford's standards. However, don't let that discourage you from applying. I'm sure you must be familiar with that guy who got in with only a 1700.
Everything else though looks really good. But your standardized testing will make it harder for you than the average applicant. Just do really, really well on your essays and I can't see why you wouldn't have a shot.

^ ditto as above.

Its a lucky draw, ur more than welcome to participate :)

30% shot. a lot of what's there makes you look like the median stanford applicant, so stress how you're unique.

Yeah, I know some people accepted with scores in your range, but they were "special". Like artists, legacies, athletes, etc. Try to play up what is special about you. As above: stress how you are unique. Sometimes, the smallest thing you include shows something the adcoms are looking for (character, leadership, etc.) and gives your application the twist that will put you over the edge.
