For a bs in cs at Georgia tech you need to pick two threads out of eight choices. The choices are systems/architecture, information internetworks, intelligence, modeling/simulation, devices, people, theory, and media. I probably don't want to do people, media or theory. Systems and architecture seems like the most practical one based on their descriptions on their website. BS Computer Science ? The Eight Threads | College of Computing
I'm not sure what else I should pick though so I was wondering if you guys could give me an overview of what kind of jobs/companies are looking for each skill.

So after some research I’ve found that info internetworks would probably be the most useful second thread. Anyone think that another would be better?

I assume these are not binding? I bet many students won’t really know until they have taken some courses.
