Can anyone help a desperate Home-Schooler with his Common App woes?

Hi,
I'm a homeschooler who has done coops and AP classes at local private schools, and I have what I suspect is a somewhat average story.
I interviewed at Washington and Lee and started filling out the Common App about a week ago in the hopes of applying Early Action. Perhaps I'm technologically illiterate, but I am having a really hard time with the Common App. The deadline for admission is November 1 and, while I think I've finally finished the majority of the application, my big question is about Recommenders.
The counselor at the Private school for which I've done several classes and extracurriculars has said she'll act as my counselor. So I also went to two close teachers of mine from previous coops. One said she could write a recommendation, the other (more valuable) recommender said that she could write a recommendation AS LONG as she could write it by hand, as she is very old and doesn't like to write on computers. So where is the option to add teacher recommendations to the common app? and is it even possible to have mailed recommendations added to the common app??

Should I drop my second recommender and quickly try to find someone else?

I would REALLY appreciate some guidance in this area that my technotard brain cannot seem to fully handle!

Thanks so much in advance,

I can’t tell you anything about the mailed in rec, but as for adding one of your teachers, go to the tap that says “My Colleges” and click on the one you want to add a teacher to. It’ll open up and you’ll see a “Recommenders and FERPA” section, so go into that. Then you’'ll see the teacher section, so just click “Add Recommender” and fill in the info. Once you’ve got all that, remember to ASSIGN the teacher to the school you’re applying to. Once you add the teacher to this school, it will become an option for any other schools you’re applying to (i.e. all you have to do is assign the teacher instead of adding them again). I hope this helps!
