can anyone help me come up with a good list of schools for EE?

Hey, can you guys help me come up with a good list of reaches, safeties, matches for EE? If I do engineering, I want to eventually get an MBA and get into management, so what school will fit my needs?

The two schools I know for sure I will apply to are:
-One of my instate schools for oregon (Oregon state or UO...any advice there because I like UO's environment BY FAR, but OSU actually has engineering LOL)
-University of Washington

I'm open to basically everything, but here are a few that I'm really interested in:
-Hopkins (ED)
-Northwestern (ED)
-Cornell (ED)
-UCLA
-UC Berk
-UCSD
-Penn (ED)
-Duke (ED)
-Emory
-Rice (ED)
-Vanderbilt (ED)

(ED) indicates that I'm interested in applying ED there, not that I will necessarily apply to all of those ED since its not possible.

Please dont let the above limit your suggestions though.

thanks!

*From a competitive public high school in Oregon: Beaverton High School, which was also rated the best AP school in Oregon, so yeah, its a smart school. (On top of that, our graduating class is rumored to be the best class of all time, and we were ranked 704 by newsweek putting us in the top 2.5% of all high schools or something like that!! This was before our class started taking APs, so that number will probably raise even more by next year because our class is that good)

Carnegie Mellon University
University of Michigan
University of Illinois
Georgia Institute of Technology

do I have a chance at any of them, because I keep seeing those names on the engineering forums, and thus, I'm assuming that they are ultra competitive.

take the SAT's. everyone has a good GPA in high school.

try to improve your standardized test scores. As the above poster said, most people have high GPA's in high school, and if you want to get into some of those competitive schools, your test scores are holding you back, especially if you're out of state.
