<p>you mean give both grants AND scholarships? I know colleges that give scholarships to international students but not many give grants to them.</p>
<p>I would suggest my college, Dickinson College. It gives both scholarship and financial aid packages (grants, loans, and job capacity).</p>
<p>If you don’t mind colleges that give only scholarships, there are University of Alabama, Birmingham Southern College, Fordham University (very limited), Macaulay Honors College at CUNY (free tuition+laptop), etc. Those are colleges that I applied and chose not to attend. Good luck!</p>
