Can Ap Prep books be used for Sat II

Right now I have an AP BIo prep book, can I use it to prep for sat II bio e?

edit: how effective would it be, and it's made by cliffnotes

I don’t know, but I studied for the AP US History test and not the SAT-II and got an 800. The material was similar – general trends emphasized over specific cases, no military history, etc. I don’t know if that applies for bio, but you might be able to find a description of what’s on the tests on the College Board website.

yes i had the same experience as findis.

im going to be doing what you are considering quandonfait. my ap bio teacher said that this seems to be the norm among her students.

as a point of reference she has a track record of 75% of students getting 5s on the AP test and 50% getting 780+ on the SAT II

I did the same thing as findis
But I also used Kaplans SAT US History book just to skim (a lot thinner than my AP review book)

As for Bio…I’m not sure about Bio-E
But everyone I know that has taken Bio-M used the CliffsAP Bio book to prep for it. You should be fine but I don’t really know if Cliffs covers alot of Bio-E

AMSCO is god for US History.
