Can colleges reject you after ACT score is cancelled? HELP

I got a mail from ACT that they are questioning my September score(33) compared to my April score(28) and that my pattern of answers were similar to the one who had the same form. Only my english score was different. Raised up from 19 to 31. I used to get 26-27 in my practice tests but I screwed up bc it was my first time taking it and had ACT tutoring my entire summer vacation. My score from April was 19english 31 math 34 reading 27science and September one was 31,35,33,31. However, I’m trying to choose the third option sending them my high school transcript(3.7 out of 4.0) and letters from my counselor and English teacher.

I have several questions.

  1. Do you guys think I have possibility to get my score back?
  2. Will colleges cancel my admission if the score is cancelled and my score changes to 28?
  3. I want to go to UCSD, UCI, NYU, or University of Michigan the most. I have lots of ECs such as leader of the volunteering group, lots of awards, have a pretty good essay, and got 800 on SAT korean and 780 on math2. Can I dream of getting into these schools with 28 and my ECs?
  4. Will colleges know that my ACT score is changed right away even though I leave the 33 score stay in my common app etc?
  5. How should i write my personal statement to ACT which they ask to explain the reasons why my scores should not be cancelled or circumstances that may have affected my scores...etc

PLEASE HELP

Why post again? You got several answers to the same question yesterday.

Yes but I got some more details and more questions about it. I also thought more people would see and comment if I posted a new one.

Instead of asking us novices…

  1. Talk to your HS adviser. He/she will have better answers.

  2. Anonymously call those colleges and ask them directly what happens in those instances. You can even email them with questions, but make sure you use a totally different email address.

As another person mentioned in your other post, don’t let the colleges become aware of your situation. Let them bring it up.
