Can colleges see all your SAT scores even if you send only one?

I am a rising junior, graduating in 2010. I know there is a new policy that allows you to choose which scores you send to colleges. If I took the SAT a few times but I sent only my highest score, is there a way for a college to "hack" in order to see other scores I had received?

No, colleges cannot hack the CB database. However, the default choice for the College Board is to report your scores. You will need to correctly identify all of the score you do not want reported.

Some colleges are unhappy about the new policy and are saying that they will ask students to report all scores.

Keep in mind that colleges have been used to seeing multiple scores and that not great harm will come to you just for submitting 2-3 scores.
