Can colleges see how many times you've taken the ACT?

<p>I apologize if this has already been asked.</p>

<p>I've taken the ACT every year since 8th grade but never really studied for it until 11th. I didn't think it would do any harm to take it every year, but then I heard it looks bad if you take it too many times. So, does the official score report tell how many times you've taken it?</p>
