Can ED acceptances be rescinded for low grades?

Let’s say I got accepted to XXXX University in the Early Decision round. I therefore have to withdraw all other applications because I must attend XXXX University. And in 2nd semester senior year, I got a D in a very hard course, let’s say AP Calculus BC. I am not slacking off. I am working very hard, but the course is just too difficult. The rest of my grades are As and Bs. Could I be rescinded for having the one D? If so, I will have nowhere else to go because all of my applications have been withdrawn… I am getting a bit worried about this issue…

I don’t think so, unless you
a) fail a class(like quite literally so you can’t graduate)
b) get suspended/kicked out of school for any issue.

I will depend upon the school. Many schools will rescind for a D. I would check with the school about their provisional admission contract and see what you have to do to maintain your acceptance.

No Ds or Fs.

Don’t worry. Why is getting a D in AP Calculus BC even a concern? You should be able to keep up your A fairly easily.
