Can (freshman) seminars be used to satisfy breadths?

Can seminars be used to satisfy the 7 breadth requirements? For example, https://schedulebuilder.berkeley.edu/explore/courses/FL/2012/1942 for biology breadth.

as long as it fulfills the following requirement, it counts as a breadth class:

  1. approved by l&s and listed in the l&s course list for different breadth
[Office of Undergraduate Advising: 7 Course Breadth](http://ls-advise.berkeley.edu/requirement/7breadth.html)
  2. at least 2 units in value
  3. numbered 84, 97, 98, 99, and those above 190

the class IB 24 has only 1 unit, so it cannot be used to satisfy biological breadth.
