<p>I will have 13 units from a community college by the end of this fall semester. The things is that they are all technical courses (firefighting). None of them are general ed, so I doubt that they would transfer. If I apply to NAU should I just apply as a freshman considering that I don't have any transferrable courses? And is it possible for me to just apply as a freshman and pretend that I did not go to my community college? Thanks for the input!</p>

<p>While true at some schools, this is not a universal. The definition of a transfer applicant ranges from someone who has taken 1 post-HS college course to less than a year of full time post-HS coursework, and everywhere in between. People need to go to the college websites to see if you if you must apply as a fr or transfer.</p>
