can i apply early action to unc if i apply early decision somewhere?

<p>UNC is non-binding early action. Unless things have changed, I believe that Penn's ED program requires that you not apply to any other BINDING early admissions program. You need to be sure that you aren't violating any Penn requirements but you are okay with UNC.</p>
