<p>It really depends on the policy of the ED school, so check that schools website and see wat it says.</p>
<p>Chicago, unlike Georgetown and the SCEA colleges, doesn't restrict where else you apply if you are applying EA there. Some (not many) of the ED schools don't let you apply EA anywhere at the same time, even if you are committed to the ED school if accepted. Most ED schools do let you apply EA elsewhere at the same time. And everyone, even the SCEA schools, lets you apply to rolling admissions schools whenever you want.</p>

<p>Just kidding. Do what you want to with Early Decision, just make sure that you're willing to turn down an acceptance from Chicago for that school. ED should not serve as a "tie-breaker" if you have a few first choice schools.</p>

<p>i dont think chicago cares, but make sure the other ED school allows it. A school like Brown won't, while Columbia ED + Chicago EA is possible</p>
