can I apply with my B.A only even though I have a M.A?

I have a M.A degree, but did so badly in school, and I hate the feild I went into. I really want to take a shot at law school but will have a better shot (due to grades) if I apply with my undergraduate degree. My question is if any school will know that I actually have a masters and am not putting it on the application...is this grounds for them to reject me for not disclosing? thanks

You must submit transcripts for every school that you have atrtended. From the college course you took as a high school student to every grad program you attended.

You must submit your undergraduate transcript and you are evaluated on your GPA based on your first bachelors. Grad school grades are not calculated in your LSDAS GPA.

You will have wasted $200k and have a worhtlesspiece of paper. Your degree can and most likely will be rescinded for misrepresentation in your application. The fact that you have a Masters will come in the background check that will be done for you to be admitted to the bar.

You have to turn in your transcripts from all schools, but as I recall (and I have a masters), your graduate degree GPA does not factor into your LSAC GPA. Moreover, law schools generally do not care about a graduate degree unless it’s something unusual or a phenomenal program, which could be a saving grace in an application. In other words, at worst, it won’t help. At best, it will.
