<p>I agree. Send one. The one you should have sent in the first place, if you really wanted to go to D and really wanted to put together a strong application. </p>
<p>One of the first laws of college applications is that if a college says something is “recommended,” treat it as if it is required.</p>
<p>I thought the peer eval WAS required. It can’t hurt to send one, but I would be very surprised if you got off the waitlist.</p>
<p>I knew that it was, “[strongly] recommended,” that I send one, but I don’t have very many friends. Would sending one (at this point) largely improve my chances?</p>
