<p>Yes, each time you submit the CA to a school(s), you will be given the choice of which LORs to send. You can make different versions of the CA to send to different schools.</p>
<p>I can confirm that the answer to this is a clear yes. The process of teachers submitting recs is done separately from the process of you choosing which recs to submit to which schools. You have total flexibility to choose from among the recs submitted for you on a school by school basis. Any rec a teacher submits to the common app for you but which you do not choose for a particular school will not be visible to that school.</p>
