<p>I was born in Connecticut, but moved abroad and stayed there all my life. If I go back to Ct for university (UConn), how would I be eligible for in state tuition???
What if I go a CC as an out of state student, and once I be a Ct resident, can I transfer to Uconn as an instate student? What will I have to do to be instate?</p>
<p>You can’t be a full time student in the state and earn residency at the same time. </p>
