I am have been taking practice tests at home and I always use the same kitchen count-down timer. I think if you have an electronic thing that beeps, you are kicked out, so I fooled around with the circuitry and disabled the buzzer mechanism (it still works as a countdown timer, though)...It says you can bring a watch to the ACT test, do you think I can bring my timer? It is just one of those flat digital ones. Or will it not be allowed?

If there is a way for you to ensure that it doesn’t make noise, you should be enabled to bring it.

My guess is they will not allow it. Make sure you have a watch, too, in case they say no.

I think you can only bring a watch that has a timer but not a separate timer. Make sure your watch timer does not beep.

hahahaa nope! at least not when I took it sophomore year. I had my wrist watch right? I simply placed it on the desk proped up so I can see the time. Aparently this was an infraction and I was warned to put it on my wrist. hahahaha.

That’s odd because there was a student in my session who did something similar and he wasn’t informed to place his watch on his wrist.

^ I have no idea if it’s legit, but after the math section she noticed and I was like… seriously…? Do I honestly have to put it on my wrist…?
