I applied to four schools. To Yale, Harvard, Princeton and Duke?. For today's date did they already make their desicions or are still working?(I am talking about the Financial Aid Decisions). The reason of asking this is I am now very worried and cannot stop just being nervous :)) . I mean if I know that they already made their decisions I cannot anyhow change them and will not be more nervous. I believe that I can change by thinking and materializing the thing and so on :)) So what fo you think guys?). I finished my commonapp in late December (27-30). Thank you)

I only opened this to mention that the mods ask that you do not make titles that are drawing attention to your post and no specifics.

You also need to learn how to spell “decisions”.

Silly mistake)

I changed the title

Is there a reason why you are feeling worried about the timing of the financial aid decisions? Have you already turned in all of the requested financial aid documentation?

Financial Aid decision may be not final yet even they issue you a FA estimate/summary. You may still appeal if you think there is something missing.

Being admitted or not to HYP & D is momentous but the Earth won’t split on Mar 28, regardless of your results. I know it’s difficult to not be nervous but do you honestly think the trajectory of your life will be so radically altered by attending one of those four schools?

It won’t. Been there done that. It’s all good. Please try to relax and ENJOY your life. These next two weeks are vital and significant, not just as stepping stones until Mar 27.

Those are the ONLY 4 schools you applied to? Scary not to have a backup school.

Thank you everyone but I think you did not wuite understand my quesiton. Are the decisions already made by this time or not?

I think everything will change!H or U

No, I don’t think every decision has been made, and FA is usually a different department than admissions. For YOU, the decision may have been made but there is no way to know. The process goes on all month and then they release them all at once.

If you have additional information, submit it. It may not help, but you can’t know that.
