Can I create a new common app account ?

My counselor made a mistake while submitting the reports – something which is irreversable. She submitted the final report before recommendations and the common app got locked because of that.

Given that I haven’t submitted applications to any colleges – can I create a new common app account and do everything again ?? Will there be a technical issue ?

No, you cannot open a new common app account. She should contact common app technical support. They may be able to unlock it for her. If not, she needs to send the recommendation separately to every college you are applying to.
