I'm an international student. I wish to do a B.S. in Biology/Biochemistry/Mol. Bio. or any Life/Physical Sciences from Canada and then go to a top med school in U.S.A. such as Harvard or J.H.U. Is that possible if I don't have a citizenship/permanent residency/immigration of Canada?

You’ll need to apply for student visas, and have a crap load of money in the bank since you won’t qualify for government loans. The competition is fierce among internationals, however.

Doesn’t matter. You’re not eligible for [federal] student loans as you’re still an internat’l student. Furthermore, unless you’re unbelievably talented, intelligent, and likable, there’s really no chance you’d make it into a top 25 program as an internat’l, much less a top 10. What you should know, however, is that in medicine the tier of program one attended (as long as it’s a US-based MD) really has no bearing upon one’s career trajectory. (At least not here in the US – in your home country it may be different; however, it seems unlikely they’d even know which of the US programs are bst and which aren’t beyond the “famous ones” – which aren’t necessarily the best schools.)
