I'm applying ED to Northwestern, but applying EA to two other schools and Rolling to one. I'm almost positive that it's fine because Northwestern says that if accepted, I must withdraw all other applications, which I will do. I'm worried that applying to these other schools will decrease my chances of acceptance.

You’re definitely allowed, and it won’t decrease your chance of acceptance.

It is almost always fine, but check the policy of the schools you are applying early action/rolling to. It all depends! For example I am applying ED to one school, but also EA to Northeastern, and U of Miami. Some schools, like Boston College for example, say that if you are applying ED elsewhere you cannot apply early action. So just check the admissions websites and it is usually specified if there is a conflict between EA and ED!

Yes, you are fine to do that. Just make sure you have checked the NPC of NU and found it affordable before applying ED.
