<p>You have to read the rules for EA that the specific college has. Some will have a due date for ALL materials and if your file is not complete by that date, your app will jlust be moved to RD.</p>

<p>Working on the supplements of another university is not an issue.but yea, in case you are applying under early decision or restricted early action at a university which does not allow you to apply elsewhere, which I really think us true for Harvard and brown you just cannot apply at all to a second university under early decision or any other agreement. Early action however is probable. I think you should visit the university website for more info</p>
