I live in California, and if I manage to receive a weighted 4.0 GPA, what college besides a cc can I get into?

Don’t be down on yourself. There are tons of school you can get into. The people on CC are disproportionately high-achieving students and are not representative to the whole pool of people applying and getting in to college.

So a quick search of some colleges and you have:
Albertson College of Idaho
Arizona State University
Auburn University
Catawba College
Fisk University
Lake Forest College
West Virginia University

among many others (not really familiar with california schools) so don’t sweat it.
