I know that in previous years the 500 word limit wasn’t as strict, but now with the 650 word essay is it permissible to exceed the limit by 10 words?
If you can’t cut 10 words you’re not editing hard enough. I wouldn’t risk your essay being cut short when you submit it.
It is called a word limit for a reason. You must be able to cut 10 words, try using a few contractions like, I’m, can’t, it’s etc.
Yep, I agree. A word limit means you can’t exceed that number of words. Even by just 10 words.
Cut it down. In fact, you probably won’t even be able to submit it.
The CA will take a few extra words, but agree it is not wise to do so.
Surely you can cut 10 words from a 660 word essay.
