<p>Good chance. I’d keep up the good grades and CONCENTRATE on writing a good personal statement, it really does make a big difference.</p>
<p>If you are going heavy on the AP coursework I would say you have fairly competitive numbers. Of course, numbers are only part of the story. Telling us you are president of one club and VP of two others doesn’t do anything to tell us about you. The positions themselves are only meaningful as emphasis. In other words, if you are passionate about debate, then having a leadership position on the debate team does a lot to emphasize that passion. As a counter-example, being president of the computer club would not do much of anything for you if your application showed no passion for computers or computing.</p>
<p>If you can put your application together in a way that shows your passion, and use the numbers and ECs to emphasize that passion, you should be an easy-in at this campus. If you can’t, you might be a coin flip.</p>
