Any comments will be apprecited

your best bet would be to check the website at each school as they would have the information.

The only merit aid Carleton gives is $2,500 a year to national merit scholars, but they do meet 100% of need.

Case and Wake are the only ones I know from that list that give full scholarships You need to check what they have in that way and what the criteria are to have a stab at the big money. Lafeyette has some merit awards, but they are not full rides, or even full tuition. In fact, I am not sure if Case and Wake's big money are full rides. Union does not give merit, from what I was told some years ago, but that could have changed. They do give 100% of need.

Bumping this up

fsa are you national merit scholar?
then you would be eligible for the scholarship at Carleton-

Nope im not sadly

Are you an international student?

Keep in mind that most of your schools are not need blind to international students and don't have a lot of aid for them

lafayette (111 international students getting FA): Has no "full ride" scholarships. Biggest scholarship- Marquis Scholars receive $16,000 a year ($64,000 over four years) or full grants instead of any loans to meet their financial need. Trustee Scholarships are $8,000 a year ($32,000 over four years) or a full grant to meet a student’s financial need.

All students who apply to Lafayette are considered for the program, based on the above criteria, though the program is limited to U.S. citizens and/or permanent residents.

International students living outside the United States and seeking financial aid must complete the International Student Financial Aid Application (available from Lafayette). Funding is limited and may affect the admission decision.

Union (34 international students getting FA):

Union offers financial aid to international students, however it is a finite amount. International students and their families must be able to contribute a minimum of US $5,000 each year toward the total cost of attending Union. The College Board's International Student Financial Aid Application is required for all international citizens (with the exception of Canadian citizens who are required to fill out only the PROFILE form) who wish to be considered for financial aid. The International Certification of Finances will be required for students who eventually enroll in the College.

wake (22 international students getting FA)

International students are eligible for most Wake Forest merit-based scholarship programs. Please note that a separate application must be submitted in order to be considered for a merit-based scholarship. Some of our scholarship programs require that the application for admission and the application for scholarship be submitted by December 1. Regrettably, there is no need-based financial aid available for international students.

case:

Financial Aid
Undergraduate students who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents are not eligible for financial assistance. Students may inquire at a U.S. Embassy or a U.S. Consulate in their country about scholarships available for study in the United States. A guidebook with specific scholarship listing is published by the Institute of International Education.

International students are not permitted by their student visas to earn money through employment. At Case, undergraduate international students are not permitted to work during their first year of studies. Those who later obtain employment at Case are required to demonstrate satisfactory academic performance and pursue a full class schedule. Students usually earn about $1,000 (U.S.) per year working a minimum of twelve hours per week.

Financial Support Statement
International students must submit statements, from their sponsor and their sponsor's bank, stating their sponsor's willingness and ability to fund a Case education. Students must have at least $40,000 for each year of study in order to qualify for a student visa. Admitted international students will not be issued a visa eligibility certificate (Form I-20 or IAP-66) until financial support has been verified.

carleton (73 international students receiving aid)

Scholarships for International Students
Financial support for international students is now broadly expanded, although we still have limited funds for international scholarships. The following scholarship opportunities are available:

Up to six full scholarships covering Carleton's comprehensive fee, including tuition, room and board (approximately $36,975 per year).
Up to six partial scholarships with a maximum value of one-half of Carleton's comprehensive fee.
