Can i get accepted to any of these?

So i'm almost at the end of my junior year, and i've narrowed my options down to these 8 universities that have the ideal programs for me. The only problem is, i don't know whether i'll get in or not. My GPA is pretty screwed up because i had personal issues at home 9th and half of 10th grade - so that affected it negatively. Not using that as an excuse or anything, I should have been more responsible nevertheless. But anyway, because of that my GPA is at a 3.0 right now. But i'm hoping that with this semester and senior year, i can hopefully raise it to maybe a 3.3 or so?

Stats besides that;

-I Take challenging courses, this year I took AP lang, APUSH, AP Spanish 4, and AP psych..next year i'm taking AP Bio, AP lit, AP gov/econ, AP music theory, AP Human Geography. Also, i've taken debate and orchestra all four years of high school.

-I've been playing piano since I was 5, and harp since I was in seventh grade. Won all region for harp, qualified for state in harp, won piano competitions

-"leadership position" could be that I teach piano at home, so kinda a different job than most

-Active in the Debate team, DECA (made state in the DECA competition this year), and part of the Key club

-I have over 150 hours of volunteering

-SAT 1800 and ACT 29

The colleges i'm thinking about are;

University of North Texas or UNT
University of Houston
University of Texas at Dallas
Southern Methodist University
Boston University
Tulane University
Northeastern University
Baylor University

^All of these i've looked up and I have seen people with similar gpa's / test scores get in. But still, i don't know. What are my chances for these?
