I just want to see if I might even be considered seriously.

I want to major in Biochemistry or Psychology, but my major is flexible around science.
GPA is 3.89 unweighted, 4.03 weighted.
I've taken AP Human Geography, AP Psychology, AP Biology, and AP US History, and got a 4, 5, and a 4, respectively. I didn't take the APUSH test.

This semester, I'm taking AP Calculus BC, AP English Literature and Compositon, AP Chemistry, AP US Government, AP Physics C, AP Statistics, and next semester I'll take AP Microeconomics.

Now what I'm really concerned about are my SAT scores, mostly the math score. My math score actually decreased from the first time I took it, and it was already pretty low compared to the data for students at Rice, so I'm pretty concerned.
First time: Math:710, Writing:720, Critical Reading: 690 Total:2120
Second: Math:680, Writing:730, Critical Reading:750 Total:2160
Third: Haven't gotten results yet, hoping for them to be good.
SAT Subject Tests:
Math Level 1: 740
Molecular Biology: 780

As you can see, it dropped 30 points and I also got a subjectively low score on the SAT Math subject test. I've seen that the 25th percentile score for math at Rice is around 720, and I've failed to reach that both times. I took it again and hopefully I get a good score, but I know Rice looks at the tries you made and the overall scores, so I'm concerned, especially if I might look inconsistent if it fluctuates. My others are pretty much in the median for Rice, so I'm a little concerned that they're not outstanding but I guess they're fine.

Extracurriculars:
My school hasn't offered that many extracurriculars until senior year, which is why I've tried to participate in them now.
Member of NHS since it was created sophomore year
HOSA senior year
UNICEF senior year
VEX Robotics club senior year
UIL math club senior year
XNA Programming club sophomore year
Participated in tutoring middle schoolers in 8th grade

Places where I volunteered:
Local hospital, around 140 hours
Local library, 20 hours
Participated in an environmental cleanup on two occasions

It seems to me most of my extracurriculars are lackluster, so I should have the scores/grades to back them up, but I don't know if the ones I have right now are enough :(

My letters of recommendation are going to be really good, and I've been told my essay is great too.
