Your class rank is good as is your SAT. YOu are a well-rounded candidate. The only thing i would be worried about is the lack of serious hooks, but i bet that especially due to your legacy and if you apply EA to Stanford, you can call that a low reach/match.

Sorry about that. I would consider it a low reach as well, not a match. Which, if you think about it a low reach and a match are not that far apart.

Your 4.0 UW GPA, coupled with the fact that you're an IB candidate, is highly impressive. Good job on your part (large ghetto public ... hmmm ...) Your SAT of 2210 is really good (puts you in the Top 1%), as well as your SAT Subject Tests. You do not need to retake your SAT, because a 2210 is more than what you need, as other factors do play a role in admissions. Your ECs are impressive, and you demonstrate leadership to some extent. Your research also sounds interesting -- I suggest that you include a copy in your app so that admission officers have a clue about what you're doing. Attending Harvard for the summer also won't hurt ... it must have been a good experience, I presume.

Overall, you're a very good student who has a pretty good chance at admission at the schools you're looking at. Just work a little harder on the essays, and you won' need the SAT retake ... save that money!

Chances:
Brown: Reach (it's very difficult for EVERYONE)
Cornell: Safety match
Dartmouth: Reach (Ditto Brown comment)
UPenn: Match
JHU: Match
UChicago: Your academic performance is in line with UChicago's range, but what really determines whether you get in or not is the essay component of the app. If you want comments on your essay, I'm here to help --- feel free to PM me.
Stanford: Slight reach (w/ legacies)
Harvard: Reach (yeah, summer school doesn't really help)
Duke: Match
WUSTL: Match
UCB: Safety match
UCLA and all others: Safety/In

Good luck and remember to chance me as well!
