Can I get in or where can I get in?

Hey guys I'm kind of new to tihs collge discussion forum. It's pretty nifty, I gotta say.

I was wondering if I had a shot at the colleges I'm applying to:
UC Berkeley
UC San Diego
UC Los Angeles
University of Washington (not St. Louis)
University of Virginia
Boston University
and UT Austin is my backup because I'm a Texas resident

My highest SAT Score is 2000, but my super score is 2110
My ACT is 31
4 on AP English Language
3 on AP US history
My GPA is 4.02
I'm rank 131 out of 1402 (top 10%)
I'm not smart =(
I've done some volunteer work and I'm in a number of school activities, but I hear all the California schools are really selective and requires a whole lot of extracurricular activities.

I'm trying to major in biomedical engineering. If I don't have a shot at these schools, I was wondering if anyone knew any other good BME schools?

Wow your class has 1402 kids in it? That’s ginormous. You have a good shot at UCSD, UCLA, UWash, and BU. UVA and UCB are tough for out-of-staters. I don’t know any other BME schools for those stats, but why not apply to Rice?

I’m trying get away from Texas, honestly. The only reason I applied to UT Austin is because i’m assured acceptance due to the top 10% rule. Rice is a private school, and it’s in Texas. What kind of resume stuff do UC schools look for?
