Please let me know what you think! Your advice and opinions would help me out so much!

So I know BS/MD programs are notoriously difficult to gain admission too, but fortunately you have high test scores and significant experience working in the medical field which are the 2 most important things they’ll look for. Your SAT 2’s are perfect. I have very little knowledge of specific BS/MD programs, so all I can really do is tip my hat and wish you luck! You’re obviously very well-qualified, and I hope you at least get into a couple of them.

For the other schools, I think the only things that might be questionable in your app are the weak-ISH ECs, and the low-ISH GPA. It’s more of your ECs and GPA being great but not phenomenal. Your ECs show a lot of breadth but minimal impact in leadership positions. However, you do show a clear passion and dedication for medicine. Your GPA is a tad on the low side, but the upwards trend shows that you’ve improved with an increasingly difficult curriculum. Overall, without hooks admissions is kind of a crap shoot. However, I think you more than a lot of people are super qualified and you will definitely get into some dream schools.

Johns Hopkins University - high match
Cornell University CAS - high match
George Washington University - low match
New York University College of Arts and Sciences - low match
University of Maryland College Park - safety
University of Maryland Baltimore County - safety

@giraffeinatree thanks for the feedback! BS/MD programs are my top priority right now; i’d feel blessed to get into even a single one.

I think your hospital experience is amazing and your SAT and AP scores. The only thing think that could hold you back would be your GPA and lack of leadership positions. Your essays and interviews will play a strong role! Good luck!
