I moved to Florida from Maryland 5 years ago. I graduated this year and my parents are moving back to Maryland. I plan on going with them and going to college there. Is it possible for me to get in state tuition? Would I necessarily have to take a year break? If I don’t take a break, can I get in state after one year of out of state?

Not Maryland - but I asked the same question for California and the answer depended on whether or not my daughter turned 18 before I established residency.
I don’t believe the under 18 rule applies in Maryland.
