<p>Came to US last year in April from India. Right now a senior. Did complete 11th here. Courses i took last year
English III US I
Pre Calc Hon Acc Algebra Hon
Computer Apps
AP Bio - got a 4 in ap exam ( didnt know about ap much so didnt took many aps. But in senior year took 4)
senior Year - Ap chem, Ap physics, Ap Environmental Science, Ap Calc, English IV, US II</p>

<p>I am thinking of going to College of New jersey</p>

<p>SAT - 1860 (CR 520, Writing 580, Math 760) (english score low because came to us last year from India)
ACT - 30 (Reading 30, Math 35, Writing 27, Science 28)</p>

<p>Extracurricular Acts(High School)( didnt get a chance to engadge in many in US)
Hospital volunteer - 64 hrs
Math Club
Bio Club Represented in an exhibition</p>

<p>Can speak 3 other languages other than english</p>

<p>Can i get in to TCNJ even after low sat score? Will they consider my high math score and neglect english as i came to US last year??? BIOLOGY AS MAJOR</p>

<p>my gpa is 4.62 right now but expecting to increase in top 10 %
Had high honor roll last year and possibly 1st marking period this year</p>

<p>I’d say you have a excellent chance. They count just the two parts on the SAT and your score of 1280 is right at or near the midpoint. Plus, the 30 ACT is at or slightly above the midpoint. GPA is fine…but they are more concerned if you challenged yourself academically. That’s hard to tell from your summary.</p>
