Can i get in to UC Berkeley out of state?

<p>So my top Choice School is UC Berkeley and i was wondering how much of a chance i had with these credentials. I live out of state in the Boston Area of Massachusetts and i plan on becoming a Chemical Engineer:</p>

Berkeley (weighted) GPA: 4.2
AP classes: U.S. history and Chemistry Jr.year (got a 4 and a 5 on exams respectively) Physics, Calculus, Statistics, Economics Sr. year
6 total/8 available at my school
SAT:
Math:720, Writing:700, Reading:570, 1990 total
Activities/Clubs
President of Interact Club (Community Service)
Sr. Editor Of the Yearbook
Treasurer of the Student Council
Other Clubs (fully participated in): National Honor Society (community service), Chemistry Club, Science League, Model UN, Environmental Club
Sports:
3 years of Soccer, 2 years of Track, 3 years of Varsity Tennis (Captain)
Awards:
CRC book award (chemistry), Sawyer Medal (Academics), Harvest Meals Award (Community Service)
Misc.:
I'm African American.
I have 2 Jobs during the year.
I have close relatives who have gone to UC berkeley out of state.</p>

<p>So what are my chances/what do i need to change? (If its my SAT reading score, what do i need to bring it up to?)</p>

<p>Im taking them this october. Chemistry, math 1 and 2. Good choice?</p>

<p>NO dont take math1 at all if your going to apply to a UC. UC's only look at the math2.
Also do not superscore your SAT, as from what I heard UC's look at scores per sitting.</p>
