New here so apologies if I break any etiquette.
Also applying to UCLA, UCDavis, UCSB. I’m hoping I can consider UCSB a safety or at least a low match, but I’m starting to doubt that.

…I’m not sure which one I’m supposed to tell you guys.
Class rank: 18/441
SAT: 2190 (CR680, M760, W750)
ECs: generally weak. I’m into boxing but I haven’t even signed up at a gym. I did my community service at an animal shelter. It closed down and that was kind of depressing. Most of my ECs are things that are hard to brag about, because I’m kind of an independent person and I like individual self-improvement. I lift weights, read books, learn casual skills like cooking and fashion, do my own laundry and shopping, etc. I know college, in practice, requires independence. But I don’t know if I could leverage this in my favor.
Yet to do my personal statement. I’m a good essay writer, but I won’t have it finished in time to get a counselor to review it. Might need your guys’ help again for that
