Can I get in with a 3.5 GPA, 19 ACT?

I am an international student, I applied for undergraduate school.<br>
I have a 3.5 GPA (out of 4.0) and a 19 ACT.. I dont have TOEFL score :(
Drexel is my fav. college, i really really want to get in, can I? </p>

<p>As long a you did act with writing, you don’t need the toefl scores. Your gps is good but the act might be on the lower side. You should be good as long as you do ec actovities :)</p>
